Chief Executive Officer
Michael is a seasoned leader with a rare dual perspective—an insurance adjuster turned software engineer who personally endured the long, painful claims process after surviving a wildfire. His expertise in both industries fuels his mission to modernize claims with technology that serves both adjusters and policyholders.
As an all-lines adjuster, Michael handled everything from total loss fires and tornado damage to theft and auto claims. His deep commitment to fairness led him to successfully defend policyholders in arbitration with a flawless win rate. He pivoted to software engineering, leading teams that built automation solutions for global brands, mastering scalable systems and data-driven decision-making.
The Marshall Fire changed everything. While his home survived, it was left uninhabitable, exposing him to the frustrating reality of an outdated, opaque claims process. Seeing firsthand how insurance technology had failed to evolve, he founded Adjusto to bridge the trust gap between carriers and policyholders.
Chief Technology Officer
Reid Greer, CTO for Adjusto, is passionate about building well-crafted productivity software that feels like an extension of the user. At Crunchbase, he led the Enterprise Auth & Billing team, driving multiple new product launches that significantly expanded the billing platform. Previously, at Capital One, he was at the helm of the enterprise marketing platform and CI/CD teams, where his leadership was instrumental in architecting and rolling out a company-wide marketing solution. Now at Adjusto, Reid continues to leverage his leadership and technical expertise to transform the insurance industry.
Chief Product Officer
James Terry blends his sharp design intuition with deep engineering expertise. Over the past decade, he’s applied his UI/UX skills to build foundational experiences at platforms like Instawork and Getaround during their early stages. At Monks, James founded and scaled an engineering team across the Asia-Pacific region, later managing a global engineering team delivering high-impact projects for major brands including Disney and HP. At Adjusto, he's using his eye for design and engineering skills to build something intuitive and thoughtful, in order to help move the insurance industry forward.
